I'm acting as an overseas direct purchase agent.

해외직구 대행을 하고 있어요.

I uploaded brand clothes to Naver Smart Store and sold them. A few days later, I received two e-mails from Naver asking me to explain the original product.

네이버 스마트스토어에 브랜드 의류를 업로드해서 팔고 있었어요. 그러다 며칠 후 네이버에서 정품 소명하라는 메일을 2통 받게 되었어요.

I received an email at 1 p.m. on October 17, 2022 and the mail said to submit the genuine calling file by noon on October 20, 2022. If you don't submit the calling file by the fixed period, you will be suspended. Even if you are suspended, it is said that the restoration will be reviewed according to the results of the explanation. It's said that after 3 months from the date of the probationary check-out, it's completely canceled.

2022년 10월 17일 오후 1시에 메일을 받았고 메일에는 2022년 10월 20일 낮 12시까지 정품 소명 파일을 제출하라고 나와 있었어요. 정해진 기간까지 소명 파일을 제출하지 않으면 가퇴점 된다고 해요. 가퇴점 되어도 이후 소명 결과에 따라 복원 여부 검토가 이루어진다고 해요. 가퇴점 일자로부터 3개월 이후에는 완전 퇴점이라고 해요.

On October 18, 2022, at 5 p.m., I sent the original explanation to Naver. And on October 20, 2022, at 2 p.m., I got an email that completed my explanation.

2022년 10월 18일 오후 5시에 정품 소명자료를 네이버로 보냈어요. 그리고 2022년 10월 20일 오후 2시에 소명 완료 메일이 왔어요.

When I was explaining the real product of Naver Smart Store, I bought the product that was requested to explain the real product on the site and took a screenshot of the purchased product. And I called the site right away and asked for cancellation of the purchase.

네이버 스마트스토어 정품 소명을 할 때 사이트에서 정품 소명 요청을 받은 제품을 구매하고 구매한 제품내역을 스크린샷 찍었어요. 그리고 바로 사이트에 전화를 걸어서 구매 취소를 요청했어요.

These are the tips I learned.

1. When making a genuine calling, you should check if it is a site that accepts genuine calling unless it is the brand's official website.

2. When making a genuine calling, attach the URL link where the product is actually being sold to the word file.

3. Payment shall be made by credit card. Credit cards have a payment date, so even if you pay, money doesn't go out right away. If the debit card is paid, the money will be withdrawn immediately, and it may take several days to get a refund.

4. When canceling an order, it is certain to call.

제가 배운 팁들이에요.

1. 정품 소명을 할 때 브랜드 공식 홈페이지가 아니라면 정품 소명을 받아주는 사이트인지 확인해야 한다.

2. 정품 소명을 할 때 워드 파일에 제품이 실제로 판매되고 있는 URL 링크를 첨부한다.

3. 결제는 신용카드로 한다. 신용카드는 결제일이 있기에 결제해도 돈이 바로 빠져나가지 않는다. 체크카드는 결제가 되면 돈이 바로 출금되며 환불을 받으려면 며칠이 걸릴 수도 있다.

4. 주문 취소를 할 때는 전화로 하는 게 확실하다.

브랜드 의류를 업로드하다가 뭔가를 발견하게 되었어요.

The site I use as a purchasing agent is selling directly on Naver Shopping. I can't upload things cheaper than that site. That's why I gave up buying brand clothes. I've never sold an item by an overseas purchasing agent.

제가 구매대행으로 사용하는 사이트가 네이버쇼핑에서 직접 판매하고 있더라고요. 저는 저 사이트보다 싸게 물건을 올릴 수가 없어요. 그래서 브랜드 의류 구매대행을 포기하게 되었어요. 아직 해외 구매대행으로 물건을 팔아본 적이 한 번도 없어요.
